First, drop the large bottom spacer piece into your overflow chamber, careful to install it in the correct orientation. Next, load your top tray with the removable divider plates, stocking with filter media of your choice, and drop the loaded top tray into your overflow chamber ensuring that the tabs from the top tray push into the grooves of the bottom spacer.
