The Easy flat roof seal is a crack-bridging 1K liquid sealant for the full-surface waterproof sealing of flat roofs, balconies, patios, carports, as well as for detailed sealing of roof windows, light domes, eaves, pipe joints, wall connections, fireplace connections outside, etc. The liquid seal offers long-term protection against the elements and can be processed in two simple coats, it is ideal for flat roof sealing and for flat roof renovation. The liquid plastic roof can be processed without primer/primer, also ideal as a balcony seal. Processing is not possible in standing water. Reinforcement with fabric or fleece is not absolutely necessary. In particularly prone to cracking or highly stressed areas and problem areas such as corner and edge areas, we recommend incorporating a fleece into the still damp liquid plastic layer.
