- Troubleshooting about failure to flash: 1. When using the flash for the first time, wait for the flash recycle indicator to turn green, it means recycle complete. If it the indicator remains red or white, please replace the battery with a new one or a fully charged one. 2. If the flash can't work, please try going into the camera's menu and changing the flash setting to to "manual mode / M" mode.
- Troubleshooting about not working as expected: 1. Shutter Speed setting: this flash doesn't have TTL function or HSS, we recommend a shutter speed below 1/200, otherwise, the photos may show black edges, white edges issues. 2. Sensitivity setting: we recommend setting the ISO sensitivity to 100, and then increasing it based on the actual brightness or darkness. 3. Aperture setting: we recommend setting the aperture to 2.8, and then increasing it based on the actual brightness or darkness.
